My daughter's jazz piano teacher, Ted Alexander, has urged her to buy a
Baldwin Acrosonic(pre-1977) spinet piano. I am having trouble locating one
and have heard they are in high demand. What's so special about this piano
and what is a fair price for one in good condition. Thanks.

I have a 1972 baldwin acrosonic which has amazing sound made from walnut. Beautiful

Hello, and Acrosonics from the early '60s, especially consoles, were
even better IMHO. Oh, and BTW, you've responded to an 18 year old post.
