If I may be allowed a second obscure query to this list: I would be
grateful to anyone who can shed light on a full upright, Belgian-made
piano with the above name on it. Internet searches have turned up
nothing at all, not even evidence that pianos were ever manufactured
in Morlanwelz. It is a very elaborate piano: ebony finish, intricate
carving, and cherubs with pointy breasts holding brass candelabra on
either side of the music desk. I owned it a few years ago when I lived
in London -- bought it from departing Belgian diplomats.

I recently bought a house and the previous owners left de same kind of piano you described.
Dud you found any information yet?
I would be interested to know where it comes from.
In the mean while I will search for further information.
