What's a fare price to Yamaha P22?

I called dealer for the price on a Yamaha P22 today, oak or walnut finish.
He is asking
about $4900 over the phone. Any suggestion on a fare price ?

I have purchased Yamaha P22 at $4,800. I think that around $4,900. is a fair price. Many dealer list over five thousand.
