Good Day

I am a bit lost, I have inherited a C.J. Quandt, Berlin piano but would like to know a bit more seeing as no one in my family knows any detail only that my great grandmother had it imported from Europe and its apparently made from rosewood... again I am not sure if that is accurate.
It has two candle holders mounted on the front.

It has written on the inside:
C.C. Quandt, Berlin
Hofliefderant Sr.Kgl.Hoh.d.Fursten v.Hobenzollern

I look forward to hearing from you :-)

Made for the Hohenzoller Royal Family late 1800's ?
estimated value, depending on condition, $1500 - $3200

I just googled it and came up with this info. Don't know how accurate.
No info on the manufacturer exists on the internet, that I can find.
Perhaps a public library
in a large city with books on historical pianos, might help.
